Once you have talked with Mr. Raak, please fill out this questionnaire if you would like him to write you a Letter of Recommendation for a Summer Program, Internship, or Volunteer Opportunity that you would like to pursue.
Submit the complete recommendation request form to Mr. Raak at least THREE WEEKS before the program deadline.
